Amos Lee Releases New Album “Live At Red Rocks With The Colorado Symphony” Today

June 16, 2015

New York, NY –  (June 16, 2015) – Singer/songwriter Amos Lee released his self-titled debut in 2004 and followed with critically acclaimed Supply and Demand (2006) and Last Days at the Lodge (2008). But it was with 2011’s Mission Bell that debuted No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and brought Amos to nationwide mainstream attention.

Last year, Lee headlined amphitheaters and delivered main stage performances at top festivals supporting Mountains Of Sorrow, Rivers Of Song (2013) and is now excited to announce his first-ever live album, Live at Red Rocks With The Colorado Symphony. A one night only performance, the album features tracks from Lee’s entire discography and is out today.

“Starting out in small clubs, and corner bars, it was both humbling and exhilarating to take the stage for a sold out show at Red Rocks,” Lee said. “The performance, which I’m very proud of, is a testament to how much my band has grown and how fluid and versatile the CSO and their conductor, Scott O’Neil, are. I was floating the entire night, and still find it a little hard to fathom it’s happening. I’m grateful to have taken part in such a special night with people who are immensely talented and generous of spirit.”
