Artist Bio

Flood is a record producer, composer and arranger. His productions over the years include defining work with U2, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, Sigur Rós, PJ Harvey, New Order, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Orbital, The Killers, the Smashing Pumpkins amongst others.

Flood co-founded Assault & Battery studios in North London with his good friend and regular collaborator Alan Moulder. Flood has also collaborated with Daniel Lanois and Brian Eno amongst others, whilst amassing a production CV stretching from The Associates in 1982 to Jehnny Beth in 2020.

In 2006 Flood produced Grammy Album of the Year, How To Dismantle an Atomic Bomb by U2.

In 2014 Flood & Moulder won Producers of the Year at the BRIT Awards for their work on Holy Fire by Foals.

As a composer and creative, Flood has worked on soundtracks and scores including critically acclaimed film State of Play and blockbuster Spiderman 3, and recently has worked on the score for Peaky Blinders. He recently partnered with Beggars Music for score composition and soundtrack work.
