The past weekend saw Belle and Sebastian live out a life-long dream, recreating the magic of their 1999 curated festival, the Bowlie Weekender, 20 years on with like-minded music fans from around the globe on a stunning cruise in the Mediterranean Sea.

Playing alongside the hosts were multiple sets from Buzzcocks, Mogwai, Yo La Tengo, Teenage Fanclub, Django Django, Nilufer Yanya and many more. Then there were the extra curricular activities like yoga with The Vaselines’ Frances, wine-tasting with Yo La Tengo’s Ira, Secret Cinema, Q&As and kid’s belly flops galore.
