TOUR MARKETING COORDINATOR (NASHVILLE)
Primary duties include developing, implementing and evaluating marketing and ticketing strategies focused on emerging artists with a primary goal of selling tickets and maximizing marketing budgets. Working with managers, agents, ticketing vendors and national and local marketing individuals to build timelines, organize & execute artist specific marketing including but not limited to digital, print, radio, tv and outdoor. Administrative duties supporting the Tour Marketing team will also be applicable.
This position is based in Nashville, TN.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee event marketing budgets
- Establish announce & on sale dates and send weekly calendar updates to all team members
- Communicate with managers, agents, promoters and ticketing personnel
- Direct & oversee the development & implementation of tour creative materials
- Work with digital team for online marketing initiatives, social media & email campaigns as they relate to the tour
- Track local & national media demonstrating value of paid, promotional, and PR tactics for settlements & end of tour sponsor recaps
- Direct and plan promotional projects in sync with PR efforts to maximize exposure for the tour nationally and in local markets.
- Coordinate fulfillment of sponsor requirements as they relate to the tour
- Create marketing & ticketing letters for each tour
- Coordinate presale and on sale timelines and communicate to appropriate parties
- Review holds routinely to ensure availability and to maximize sales potential
- Assist VP of Tour Marketing with various administrative responsibilities
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organization & communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently
- Solid knowledge of planning, digital marketing & social media marketing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, agents, promoters and ticketing vendors as well as local marketing and ticketing teams
- Ability to plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of advertising, promotion, and publicity programs
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Google and Adobe programs
- Ability to work long, irregular hours as needed

Manager, Christian Music Marketing (Nashville)
Role Overview
The Manager of Christian Music Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing strategies for Red Light Management Nashville’s Christian music roster. This role works closely with internal teams, artist managers, label and distribution partners, and external collaborators to bring artist visions to life across release cycles, touring moments, and long-term audience growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the Christian music landscape, key tentpole moments, and the unique balance between faith-driven storytelling and commercial growth. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, proactive, and eager to grow their strategic skill set while executing campaigns day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across releases, touring, special events, and catalog initiatives for RLM’s Christian roster
- Assist in building comprehensive marketing plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with artist managers and internal teams
- Maintain awareness of key Christian music tentpole dates, conferences, holidays, and major events throughout the year
- Track campaign progress, deadlines, and approvals to ensure smooth execution across all stakeholders
Artist Development
- Help shape and execute artist narratives, messaging, and creative concepts that align with both faith-based audiences and broader growth goals
- Contribute creative ideas for content, partnerships, and storytelling that feel authentic to each artist’s mission and values
- Assist in identifying opportunities to introduce artists to new audiences while maintaining credibility within the Christian space
Partner & Industry Collaboration
- Work closely with label and distribution partners to align on campaign strategy, timelines, and deliverables
- Support tour marketing efforts by coordinating marketing moments around live events and key markets
- Build and maintain relationships with industry organizations, including KLove, CMB (Christian Music Broadcasters), Gospel Music Association (GMA) and others
Qualifications

Digital Fan Community Manager (Part-Time, Remote – Nashville)
We’re looking for a part-time Digital Fan Community Manager who loves music and is excited about growing and nurturing online fan communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with fans, sourcing creative content, and helping artists build meaningful digital relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain fan-focused social media accounts
- Communicate directly with fans and encourage engagement
- Build and support active digital fan communities
- Edit and curate content for fan platforms
- Source relevant and engaging content aligned with the artist’s brand
Qualifications
- Owns an iPhone
- Entry-level or some experience with social media posting and management
- Music marketing experience is a plus but not required

Marketing & Content Creation Manager (Los Angeles)
Silverback Music and Red Light Management are looking for an experienced marketing manager to report to senior managers for an established music roster and record label.
- Knowledge and a passion for music of all genres particularly alternative, hip hop and reggae.
- Overall marketing manager for tours, single/album releases, merch, festivals
- Graphic design, video editing, project management, and social media experience.
- Must have experience working with labels on music releases and coordinating tour marketing.
- Experience working with DSP’s on releases and knowledge of algorithms as well as social media
- Experience working with high profile artists. Minimum 3+ years in a similar role, at a music management company or label.
- This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- This position is full-time and based out of Los Angeles, CA but open to remote work.
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Creative Project Management
- Coordinate with illustrators, designers, animators and video editors to create high quality digital content, show posters, tour art, merch designs, album covers, etc.

Applicants should have an interest in learning more about the music industry through both hands on experience, as well as experiencing a variety of virtual seminars featuring managers, employees and other music industry professionals. We will focus on management, tour marketing, publicity, digital promotion, graphic design, radio promo, and merchandising.
This internship is for current undergrad students only. Internships are offers in person in Charlottesville, VA, Nashville, TN, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA or New York, NY / Remote (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY)

Internships are paid an hourly rate based on location. Hours: approximately 10-15 per week during normal business hours.
If you need school credit we’re happy to work with you, but it is not required.
Experience with Office / Google Docs is a must and some and graphic design knowledge is a plus. Specifically, we are looking for dedicated, hard working, high energy individuals, not afraid to take initiative.
