We’re seeking a Coordinator / Jr Day-to-Day Manager to work alongside a manager for an established music roster. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual with a deep understanding of the music industry and a passion for artist development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as key point of contact for artist, checking in daily, handling requests promptly, filtering information, and coordinating with the wider team.
- Regularly report to senior management, providing updates on current activities, goals, and task lists. This includes digital analytics, music consumption, ticket sales, merchandise sales, press reports, etc.
- Act as key point of contact for internal and external team members, including booking agents, touring team, digital team, merchandise companies, record labels and distributors, publicists, business managers, lawyers, etc. Provide regular updates on artist plans and progress.
- Manage artist schedule across all business areas.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for projects across all business areas.

- Review performance contracts and revise, as necessary.
- Ensure touring calendar kept updated with artist availability, confirmed dates, potential dates.
- Liaise with tour manager and crew on tour logistics including schedule, transportation, production equipment, merchandise, etc.
- Liaise with tour marketing on tour planning, asset development, announce/on sale rollout, promotional partners, and VIP programs.
- Handle details associated with recording projects including scheduling sessions, coordinating with producers and other participants, ensuring that songs are registered, information is gathered, and required paperwork is completed.
- Collaborate with record label/distributor on new release campaigns and ongoing maintenance of prior releases.
- Work with digital team to execute marketing programs and optimize artist’s online presence, utilizing metrics to inform strategy.
- Provide hands on assistance with social media posting as necessary.
- Ensure all fan facing sites and profiles are kept updated.
- Coordinate content creation including sourcing, negotiation and hiring of creators as needed.
- Coordinate fan and VIP initiatives, working with third parties as necessary.
- Coordinate with publicist, assisting with screening and scheduling. Attend interviews and appearances as necessary.
- Oversee merchandise company across product development, e-commerce, and tour merchandise programs with the goal of driving profitability.
- Liaise with publishing administration team as necessary.
- General administration such as maintaining files and database, executing and tracking contracts, tracking budgets, responding to emails, scheduling meetings and calls, making travel arrangements, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a day-to-day manager or coordinator within the music industry.
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Strong familiarity with social media such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Soundcloud, etc.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- General understanding of distribution services
- Photo editing, video editing, graphic design, and website updating experience a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills are essential
Project Manager – Artist Merchandise (Los Angeles, CA / Remote)

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to lead merchandise initiatives for our roster of music artists. This role will oversee the full lifecycle of artist merchandise projects—from concept and design through production, e-commerce launch, and tour distribution. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience in entertainment, fashion, or e-commerce, with a deep understanding of the music industry and fan culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple artist merchandise campaigns simultaneously.
- Liaise between artists, management teams, designers, vendors, and fulfillment partners to ensure cohesive execution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate artist vision and brand identity into compelling product lines.
- Oversee sampling, quality control, and vendor relations to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Coordinate product launches on webstores, pop-ups, and tour merch booths, ensuring smooth operations.
- Track sales performance, inventory, and customer insights to optimize future merchandise drops.
- Create and monitor project budgets, invoices, and POs in coordination with finance teams.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in merchandise project management, ideally within music, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
- Familiarity with production processes, materials, and supplier networks.
- Proven track record managing creative production and product lifecycles end-to-end.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Experience using project management tools (Trello, Miro, Shopify, etc)

TICKETING COORDINATOR – CHARLOTTESVILLE
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Coordinator to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is an in-person position based in Charlottesville, VA.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal departments, agents, promoters, box offices, fan clubs, VIP companies, and other partners to direct & collect ticketing build information
- Manage the communication and coordination of all necessary ticketing offers, inventory requests, tour production, etc. to ensure proper ticketing setup at venue box offices
- Track ticket sales and provide updates to artist teams
- Review and manage ticket holds to optimize availability for sale
- Coordinate TM Platinum/AXS Premium sales and releases with the box offices, as approved
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in ticketing operations
- Assist Ticketing team as needed
- Other ticketing-related duties as assigned
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in ticketing or a related field
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in ticketing software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the company and community
- Have a passion for music and work well in a team environment
- Ability to project and recognize potential problems and implement corrective action

IT Support — Nashville, TN
Position Overview
Red Light Management is seeking an IT Support Professional to join our team in our Nashville office. This role is vital for ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly, and it requires a candidate with an exceptional customer service orientation and a calm, solutions-focused demeanor. The ideal candidate will be a reliable problem solver who can provide technical support and maintain a productive work environment for our team. Support will include several high-level executives; customer service skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support, acting as the primary point of contact for all hardware and software issues within the Nashville office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365, macOS, and other business applications.
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including configuration and general troubleshooting of Meraki and Ubiquiti equipment.
- Configure and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems, copiers, and printers.
- Troubleshoot Conference Room AV equipment (Zoom Room, AppleTV, Computer Screen Share)
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand and address their technology needs professionally and patiently.
- Assist with the setup of new employee workstations and equipment.
- Occasional after-hours support during outages or other unique technical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications
- Music/entertainment industry experience helpful but not required.
