Borgore Pageant At Governor’s Island Show July 5 To Offer $1000 Cash Prize

BORGORE –one of the most notorious names in bass music–is coming closer to the release of his debut studio album #NEWGOREORDER. Meanwhile, BORGORE , currently on the tail end his current #NEWGOREORDER U.S. tour, is fresh off of his Kinetic Field Main Stage performance at this past weekend’s Electric Daisy Carnival, followed by his sold-out poolparty at Tao at the Venetian in Las Vegas for EDC. BORGORE was also quoted along with INSOMNIAC CEO Pasqual Rotella in a Billboard interview about EDC: “”If music was a religion, EDC Vegas would be Christmas,” says BORGORE, noting that 2014 will be his fourth year playing EDC Vegas. BORGORE, whose debut album, #NEWGOREORDER, will be released July 8 on Buygore/Dim Mak. “It’s the most important thing in our world.”

Over the 4^th of July weekend, BORGORE will headline Governors Island in New York City on July 5. This show is set to be a visual and auditory feast, with eye-popping LEDs and screens plus all-new original music from BORGORE’s #NEWGOREORDER album.  At this show he will host the Buygore Pageant where entrants can compete for a $1000 cash prize. Throughout the night, every ticket holder can enter the pageant to compete in two categories—patriotic rave wear (no fuzzy boots please) and talent to show off twerking or pole dance skills. The pageant will be judged by BORGORE himself.
