LAUNCHES #NEWGOREORDER PHASE 1 NORTH AMERICAN TOUR
“UNICORN ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE” OUT NOW
NEW ALBUM DUE OUT THIS JULY
Earlier this April, bass music’s enfant terrible BORGORE sprung back into the spotlight teaming with Sikdope for the release of his latest track, “Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse” (Spinnin’ Records). Now, armed with a slew of new music, he’s ready to take this anthem to the masses as he gears up to release his first true artist album in July. He also announces his #NEWGOREORDER tour which Phase 1 launches this Thursday, May 1 in Albuquerque.
The two-month tour passes through 20 American cities, following Albuquerque with Phoenix and San Francisco and then mostly reaching into the eastern side of the country including stops in Miami, Nashville, Atlanta, Orlando and Chicago, to name a few. He’ll also dip into Canada for dates in Edmonton and Vancouver. Festival plays include appearances at Sunset Music Festival in Tampa, EDC New York over Memorial Day Weekend and Spring Awakening in Chicago. At each show, he’ll perform a round-up of mind-blowing music, making fans privy to some of the material that will be featured on his new album.
The thrills don’t stop there–he’ll soon be premiering the official music video for “Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse.” BORGORE tapped horror movie director James Cullen Bressack (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4097598/) to lend a spooky vibe to the forthcoming visuals. Borgore stars in the video as a newscaster along with his joint host played by Shannon Doherty, and together they report on a zombie outbreak. Also cast is Zack Ward (Resident Evil, A Christmas Story). Be prepared for spine-chilling thrills, spoofs and absurdity in the utmost BORGORE fashion.
