INTERPOL announce Turn On The Bright Lights Anniversary shows

Interpol have announced details of a UK and European tour to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their 2002 album, Turn On The Bright Lights. The run includes dates at Sziget and Zurich’s Open Air Festival as well as headlining London’s Alexandra Palace and will see the band performing the album in its entirety.

“The acclaimed record contained the likes of ‘Obstacle 1’, ‘NYC’, ‘PDA’, ‘Say Hello To The Angels’ and ‘Untitled’, and was not only named as one of NME’s top albums of 2002, but would go on to become one of the most revered and influential albums of the decade. Tickets for the headline shows will be available via a fan pre-sale on Wednesday, before going on general sale from 9am on Friday, tickets available at interpolnyc.com

The band is currently working on new material in New York, due for release on Matador Records in 2018.
