The band recorded the song remotely in their own homes during lockdown, specifically for Halloween.

The band are encouraging their fans to get as dressed up as possible this Halloween and share what they are up to on socials, to try and keep the spooky spirit alive.

The track is released through Polydor on Friday 30th October with a specially recorded video premiering on YouTube on Halloween (31st October) at 17:00 GMT.

From Ricky Wilson – “It’s been a Halloween of a year. We haven’t been allowed out to play and now we can’t Trick or Treat either. So Kaiser Freaks are inviting you to get involved at our Zombie Prom. Rattle your bones and swish your capes to sound of a band who really should be getting out more. Happy Halloween everybody! Stay safe, and stay spooky.“

Following the release of Kaiser Chiefs 7th studio album Duck in 2019 which became the band’s 5th UK Top 3 album, the band performed a sold out arena tour at the top of 2020 including London’s O2 in February.

The band is performing alongside Stormzy and Lewis Capaldi amongst others this weekend exclusively in the McDonald’s App as part of the I’m Lovin It Live Festival.
