Sweden’s brilliant chart-topping duo Icona Pop reveal a cinematic new music video today, November 21^st, for their single “Brightside” (out now via Record Company TEN/Big Beat Records) – WATCH HERE – following a dance-party nightcap in an empty Los Angeles restaurant in Chinatown, featuring impressive choreography and some of the chicest vintage and designer looks self-styled by the fashionistas themselves. The visual was directed by Christine Yuan, produced by John Curtis and was guided by creative director Bel Downie. The video will be followed by the official “Brightside” remix package on December 9^th, featuring dynamic reworks from Fawks, Borgeous, I M Alec and Just Kiddin.

On top of that, Icona Pop is honored to perform at the forthcoming Nobel Peace Prize Concert awarding Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos for his resolute efforts to bring the country´s more than 50-year-long civil war to an end. The concert takes place at Telenor Arena in Oslo, Norway on December 11^th, alongside performances from Sting, Halsey and host Conan O’ Brien.

Icona Pop has risen in the ranks as one of the most successful international pop duos in music thanks to their first triple-platinum hit single “I Love It” ft. Charli XCX – WATCH HERE – which has amassed over 8 million singles sold and well over 400 million streams worldwide. The girls recent collaboration with Chicago duo Louis The Child, “Weekend” – WATCH HERE – boasts an iTunes Dance Top 10, 4.5Million streams in the US and a live Coachella performance. Current single “Brightside” which was produced by MSTR ROGERS (also a collaborator on “Someone Who Can Dance”– WATCH HERE) and Louis The Child’s Freddy Kennet, will be getting a full remix EP, arriving in December.

Outside of music, Icona Pop is staying visible worldwide thanks to a global lipstick campaign with MAKE UP FOR EVER, with in-store signage featuring the girls in all Sephora stores nationwide.
