Country music singer and songwriter, Tyler Farr, collaborated with the Marriott Rewards® Credit Card from Chase on an exclusive cardmembers only event for a special Bands & BBQ weekend experience in Austin, Texas. Leading up to the weekend experience, Tyler promoted the Marriott Rewards Credit Card Battle of the Bands Contest where three promising bands performed for cardmembers who voted for their favorite band to open for Tyler the following night at Salt Lick BBQ’s Thurman’s Mansion, one of Austin’s most notable music joints. Tyler promoted the contest and his exclusive performance for cardmembers on his social channels. Cardmembers were treated to a special evening of mouthwatering BBQ, a performance by the winning band, Q&A with Tyler, emceed by Lunchbox, a co-host of the Bobby Bones Show, an intimate concert experience, M&G and photo opportunity. The evening was filmed and will become part of a short video series that will highlight the overall Austin experience and be shared across social channels.
