Zulu Winter – New Single “Key To My Heart”

Zulu Winter are set to release a new single on Play It Again Sam on the 10th of September 2012.
‘Key To My Heart’ is the follow up to the recent ‘Silver Tongue’ and is released on seven inch vinyl and available to download. Recorded in London with producer Tom Morris, the single has been mixed by Alan Moulder (Foo Fighters, My Bloody Valentine, The Killers) and comes backed with an exclusive acoustic recording of ‘Words That I Wield’ from Dutch Radio Station 3FM.
The band have spent the last few months on the road playing major shows and Festivals in the UK, America, Australia, Japan and Europe. Recently returned from successful spots at T in The Park, Isle of Wight and Secret Garden Party, the London five-piece will play at the Reading & Leeds and Underage Festivals in August before taking to the stage at Bestival on the Isle of Wight in September.

Formed last year, the Zulu Winter line up of Will Daunt (vocals & guitar), Iain Lock (bass), Dom Millard (keyboards), Henry Walton (guitar) and Guy Henderson (drums) recently released their debut album ‘Language’ on Play It Again Sam Recordings in May 2012. The album features eleven tracks including the recent ‘Silver Tongue’ single, the band’s Pitchfork endorsed debut ‘Let’s Move Back To Front’ / ‘Never Leave’ and ‘We Should Be Swimming’ with over 450,000 plays on you tube and the “Hottest Record in the World” accolade from Radio 1’s Zane Lowe.
