The Vaccines have announced dates of a headline November UK tour to follow the release of their second album The Vaccines Come Of Age, on Monday September 3^rd 2012. 

The November tour comes off the back of an exceptionally busy Summer for the band who have played main stages at Field Day, Isle of Wight, T in the Park, supported The Stone Roses in Heaton Park, Manchester, The Red Hot Chilli Peppers in Europe and played shows in Russia, South Korea and Japan over the summer months.

The Vaccines most recently appeared on the main stage at this year’s Reading & Leeds festival weekender, attracting one of the biggest crowds of the weekend.

Across the dates The Vaccines will be supported by Fucked Up, Diiv, Deap Vally, and Pale.  Fucked Up will be special guests at London Alexandra Palace.

The Vaccines Come Of Age was recorded at the ICP studios in Brussels and Distillery in Bath with producer Ethan Johns,

The album will also be released as a deluxe 2 CD edition featuring 3 bonus tracks, Runaway, Possessive and Misbehaviour. The second CD features a recording of their recent live show at the Brighton Centre on May 7th 2012.

Forthcoming (2^nd) single, Teenage Icon will be released through Columbia Records on Sunday September 2nd 2012.  The first single from the album No Hope was released in early July.

The Vaccines Come Of Age follows their platinum selling, Brit nominated and NME award winning debut, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines? which was released in March 2011.
