February 14, 2013 — The Vaccines round off their current sold out North American headline tour with their 2nd late night TV performance on this cycle in the US, playing “Teenage Icon” from their UK #1 LP “Come Of Age” on Late Night With Conan O’Brien on Thursday 14th Feb.
The band returns to the UK the following week where they’re nominated as Best Live Act at The Brit Awards, and the following week for Best British Band and Best Album at the NME Awards.
Last week the band confirmed plans to return to the North America later in the Summer as support to Mumford & Sons, they will also appear at a number of American Festivals this year including Governor’s Ball, NY announced last week. In the UK the band’s Summer begins with a headline Arena tour including a show at London’s biggest indoor venue, the O2 Arena on May 2nd.
